Set up your project

Define your building type, HRB status, current RIBA stage, and appointed parties. Loom Asset pre-loads the correct ADD baseline — 581 parameters, 2,905 asset types, 1,040 documents — scoped to your project.

Publish requirements

Use MAP to filter by discipline, stage, or BSA gateway. Export a scoped requirements pack — PDF brief or Excel schedule — to each task team. Every export is audit-trailed with a SHA256 hash.

Assess and identify gaps

Upload CAFM exports, COBie files, or Asset Registers to LENS at each stage gate. Loom Asset scores completeness, quality, and recency against the ADD baseline and surfaces BSA-critical gaps immediately.

Track and evidence
